02 We bid on your project

DESIGN / BID / BUILD

There are three sequential phases that make up the Design-Bid-Build method. An owner first hires a design professional or architect to develop the construction documents for their steel structure. Contractors are then invited to bid on the project. Once all bids have been reviewed, the project is awarded to the winning bidder at which point construction begins.

03 We work with your design team

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

This process pairs the Construction Company with a client-contracted design professional or architectural firm. Together, we decide how best to meet the design criteria. This method tends to place a higher level of emphasis on quality than on lower pricing.
