Scott serves as managing partner for Teton West. In addition he oversees every phase of project management including design, layout, coordination and quality control. He has been in the construction industry for 20 years and has been with Teton West since 1995.
 		 
  Joe Spalding Joe Spaulding - Partner/Office Manger/Sales & Project Management

Joe is a general partner and serves as office manager overseeing the day to day operations as well as sales, estimating, planning and scheduling, job costing and project management. He has been in the sales field for 25 years as well as 10 years in the construction industry. He has been with Teton West since 2001.		  
  Layne Freeman Layne Freeman - Head Estimator/Design

Layne is the head estimator and designer for Teton West. He has been in the field of design, drafting and engineering for over 25 years. He has been with Teton West
since 2001.		  
  Geoff Pond Geoff Pond - Sales and Project Management

Geoff works in sales for the company. He has been in this field for over 20 years and has 15 years in the construction and carpentry industry. He procures work and supervises every aspect of the job from sales to on site coordination and management. He has been with Teton West since 2005.
  
  RaKell Worton RaKell Worton - Receptionist/Secretary/Book keeper

RaKell serves as secretary and manager of accounting and contracts. She has worked in these capacities for 15 years and has been with Teton West since 2007.

          1994, 1995, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2004

    • Received Outstanding Achievement Award for completing over 35 miles of Behlen Potato storage buildings since 1978

    • Built over 2 miles of Behlen storage in 1996 equal to 4,486,000 sacks of storage

    • Largest builder of Behlen Potato storage buildings in U.S. between 1984-2007

    • Constructed buildings that would store over 39.7 million sacks of potatoes (includes straight wall and Curvet buildings to
          the year 2002)

    • 80 to 90% of work is repeat work or direct referral from satisfied customers

    • “In house” concrete and erection crews

    • Since the beginning, Teton West has never missed a contracted or agreed upon completion date.

    • Teton West has always stayed within contracted budget.
